Teyana Taylor’s Secret Workout Plan!

The secret to Teyana Taylor’s body is… not what you may think it is.

If you’re like me, when you saw Teyana Taylor in  Kanye West’s video for “Fade”,  you immediately wanted to revamp your workout routine. I mean this woman’s body is quite insane, it’s almost unfair. So now we’re all like….. Teyana girl what’s your secret?

Welp, Teyana actually revealed that her workout regimen is not as advanced as you may think. She credits her body to cardio on the elliptical and lots of squats…. oh, and amazing genetics. She was quoted in a 2014 interview revealing that she doesn’t like to eat healthy, and that most of her workouts are “lazy”

We all may not get the same results from such a simple workout plan, but she surely can serve as motivation for all of us to ditch the Popeye’s $5 Box and actually go to the gym!
