So you’ve committed to making your life healthier, except you aren’t so sure about what to get at the grocery store. It’s easy to go in there and lose your mind in the midst of labels, sugary goods, and on sale items you don’t even need. So here’s a quick and healthy shopping list that you can use to get you started on the right path towards your goal!

Fruits

Strawberries

Apples

Lemon (use this for lemon water it helps with metabolism)

Non frozen or Frozen berries (use in smoothies)

 

 Veggies

Organic baby spinach

Frozen mixed vegetables

Bell peppers

Corn

Shredded Carrots

Sweet potato

Tomato cherry or regular

Mushrooms

Cucumber

 

 Meat

Chicken breast

Turkey (lunch meat)

Salmon

Tilapia
