But before you chow down, here is a workout you can do so you don’t feel too guilty about the calories you plan to consume

Thanksgiving is here and like many of us you are probably ready for the meal of a lifetime! Well, if there was any day for a cheat meal today is the day! But before you chow down, here is a workout you can do so you don’t feel too guilty about the calories you plan to consume

 

(Interestingly enough my school, Spelman College, sent this workout to all students!)

11 Jump Squats

22 Jumping Jacks

11 Push-Ups

22 Squats

11 Sit Ups

22 Mountain Climbers

11 Burpees

11 Lunges (not shown in video)

REPEAT 3-4 TIMES

Let’s get ready for turkey day and burn that bird!
